Our refund policy for the candle-making workshop is designed to provide clarity and protect your interests. If you need to cancel your registration, you may request a full refund up to 7 days prior to the date. To initiate the refund process, please contact our customer service team with your registration details. Unfortunately, refunds cannot be issued for cancellations made less than 7 days before the workshop, as we will have incurred costs for materials and preparation as well as limited seating. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to providing you a wonderful workshop experience!
Rescheduling
Our 7-day refund policy allows for rescheduling in certain circumstances. If you need to reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. We will do our best to accommodate your new date and time. Please note that rescheduling does not guarantee a refund, as all requests will be evaluated based on our policy guidelines.
